Search & Select candidates
At DOCS we train all recruitment consultants on an individual basis and to the highest standard in all aspects of identifying the right candidates for you, our client.
We undertake comprehensive search and select methods. We use various methods to search and select our candidates such as networking, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, direct phone research, websites, trade journals, membership associations, job sites etc… Candidates are then assessed for relevant skills and competencies based on the job requirements. By using numerous parameters we are able to locate the appropriate candidate for any given vacancy.
This list will be presented to you, in what we term as a ‘Long’ list of potential candidates. You will then be able to agree or remove candidates as appropriate, so that a ‘Short’ list of candidates can be selected for interview.
