Within DOCS we have Clinical Team Managers (CTMs) or Personal Coaches who are solely responsible for the performance, training & development and career progression of insourced staff. They are in regular contact with both clients and staff to monitor and discuss performance and to ensure that project and tasks run smoothly. As a result, the average contract completion rate is 95%.
