Operations Management

The Operations Management (OM) service delivers an industry-leading approach to contract placement services, which results in a superior experience for both our clients and consultants.

Through one to one coaching and performance management OMs engage with our clients and consultants to ensure seamless on-boarding and alignment of responsibilities and expectations.
At the conclusion of each assignment, the OM will coordinate the completion of activities and comprehensive off-boarding.

Interviews

Our Recruitment Consultants prepare and tailor the candidate shortlist and summaries based on the needs identified during the intake process and a tiered screening process that includes:

  • An in-depth screening questionnaire based on requirements per position.
  • Assessment including a competency-based interview, behavioral patterns, observations, impressions and role play based on position and customer requirements.
  • Information gained through thorough reference checking.

DOCS can also administer specific questionnaires or tests you require such as personality/behavioral profiles and language testing as well as arrange for interviews with customer representatives.

20 Step process

Our tried and tested recruitment methodology uses a 20-Step Global Delivery Approach that is broken down into 4 critical pieces:

  • Requirement Assessment – we collect information about the position and your company culture to help us create a critical skills checklist, build project specifics and define search methodology and tools.
  • Candidate Search – we use internal tools, including our proprietary database and own referral network of trusted professionals to source candidates. Our recruiters also use intelligent online and passive candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Candidate Engagement and Assessment – we pay special attention to ensuring engaged candidates remain interested. To prepare the candidate short-list, we check references and background information as well as conduct rigorous interviews.
  • Client Interview and Selection – we prepare final candidates for client interviews, present them, and assist winning candidates during the “on-boarding” process and throughout the life of the assignment.

(NASDAQ:CCRN), a leader in healthcare staffing services. The transaction is expected to close during the first quarter of 2013.

Rayon Manager Metabolics
