Description
The Field Trainer is responsible for training and educating Medical representatives, Product specialists and Account managers of the company. The trainer’s aim is to enhance the sales skills of the sales professionals. He or she works closely together with Sales manager.
Qualifications (Education)
For the position of field trainer a bachelor degree or higher in education, business, or related field is required, preferably with a didactic component. He or she must have considerable experience in the sales environment as a representative or Product specialist.

Tasks
- Coordinate and organize training on the job and methods

- Attend meetings with Sales managers and human resources department
